Terrine of chicken liver pate’ accompanied with sweet cherry puree, mix nut crumbs, baby leaves & crouton bread. 

Gamberoni Piccante 

Sautéed king prawns, fresh garlic and chillies tossed in a homemade Napolitano tomato sauce and grilled sour dough bread. 

Roasted Buffalo Chicken Wings 

Slowly cooked marinated chicken wings served with a choice of homemade garlic mayo or spicy barbeque sauce. 

Farmed Goats Cheese & Walnut Croquettes 

Homemade croquettes with roasted walnuts, caramelized red onions topped with fennel and gala apple, drizzled with honey and mustard.

Irish Hereford Fillet Mignon ( €6 Supplement)

Char-grilled fillet of Beef, sauté spinach, celeriac and parsnip pure & chunky chips served with a side choice of sauce. Green peppercorn sauce, Wild Mushroom sauce or garlic Butter. 

Wild Cured Cod Filet 

Oven baked filet of cod, roasted baby potatoes, season vegetables, cherry tomatoes finished in a light white wine sauce. 

Sicilian lemon Mint Braised Lamb Shank 

Marinated overnight lamb shank with lemon and fresh mint, vegetable ratatouille and roasted potatoes, creamy cauliflower puree and rosemary jus.

Strigoli Funghi Porcini Con Pancetta 

A Traditional northern Italy homemade pasta with wild porcini mushrooms tossed in a creamy white wine sauce, parmesan cheese & truffle oil finished with dry crisp pancetta. 

Pollo Imperial 

Char-grilled supreme of chicken wrapped in Parma-ham and filled with roasted peppers & mozzarella cheese served on a bed of parmesan mash and asparagus surrounded with a creamy white wine sauce. 

Linguini Gamberoni 

Linguini pasta with mouth-watering prawns cooked to perfection in wine, spinach & cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic and chillies topped with king prawns.
