Filet of Sea-Bream, garden peas, pancetta and shallots in a creamy white sauce served with roasted potatoes.


Crispy Cider Braised Pork Belly

Slowly cooked pork belly, quince and apple puree, Alsace cabbage finished with Amaretto and honey reduction served with roasted baby potatoes.


Tagliatelle Pollo e Funghi

Tagliatelle pasta with marinated pieces of char-grilled chicken and mushrooms tossed in white wine creamy sauce.
