Char-grilled fillet of Beef, sauté spinach, celeriac and parsnip pure & chunky chips served with a side choice of sauce. Green peppercorn sauce, Wild Mushroom sauce or garlic Butter.

 

Wild Cured Cod Filet

Oven baked filet of cod, roasted baby potatoes, season vegetables, cherry tomatoes finished in a light white wine sauce.

 

Sicilian lemon Mint Braised Lamb Shank

Marinated over night lamb shank with lemon and fresh mint, vegetable ratatouille and roasted potatoes, creamy cauliflower puree and rosemary jus. 

 

Strigoli Funghi Porcini Con Pancetta

A Traditional northern Italy home made pasta with wild porcini mushrooms tossed in a creamy white wine sauce, parmesan cheese & truffle oil finished with dry crisp pancetta.

 

Pollo Imperial

Char-grilled supreme of chicken wrapped in Parma-ham and filled with roasted peppers & mozzarella cheese served on a bed of parmesan mash and asparagus surrounded with a creamy white wine sauce.

 

Linguini Gamberoni
